Prized Collector’s Used; Super Scarce Circa 1980’s; SN 77,6XX(N) ; Colt Python Ten-Pointer. To our knowledge only (approximately) 250 of these Low Production, Long-Barrel .357 Magnum Revolvers were manufactured and shipped with Burris 3X Long Eye Relief Scopes – which we dismounted for photos and listing. Left Side of the Barrel is marked “PYTHON TEN-POINTER” and the Right Side is Marked in Two Lines “ – .357 MAGNUM CARTRIDGE – /COLT’S PT. FA. MFG. CO. HARTFORD, CONN. U.S.A.” This example is in nearly 100% Original Condition with a barely visible cylinder line and a few blemishes on the barrel rib where the scope rings were mounted. It appears to have been test-fired, only. It has the Colt Medallion Pachmayr Checkered Grips that were supplied along with the Wood Grips (will update listing when we locate the wood grips and/or the original box/case). These highly collectible Colts go high at . The listed price reflects absence of the wood grips and no factory box (so far).
