Description:
Simson Suhl SXS in 20 Gauge. This is a Boxlock, hammerless, top-break, side by side with double triggers, cocking indicators, and extractors. It has a concave rib with a single brass bead. The right barrel is marked "spezial-gewehrlaufstahl". The left barrel marked "Simson Suhl". The case-hardened finished receiver has scroll engraving. The barrel length is 26 3/4 Inch with fixed chokes "Full/Improved Modified". The stocks are two-piece checkered walnut, capped pistol grip, straight comb, cheekpiece, checkered black hard rubber Simson buttplate and a sling swivel in the belly (the other is mounted to the bottom rib forward of the forend). The metal and wood are excellent with only very minor handling marks. 20 Gauge
