"Serial No. 8602, made in 1877, .41CF, 2 ¼" round barrel. Bore is bright with light frosting noticeable in the grooves, rifling is strong. Majority of the nickel finish is gone and has turned to a dull grey patina. Serial numbers match on barrel and under the grips. Grips remain in overall good condition with varnish wear mostly noted on the left. Action indexes correctly with a tight lock up.
