Description:
This is an original WWII British Vehicle "Pioneer" Hand Saw Kit manufactured by Henry Disston & Sons of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is the complete kit as issued to the British Commonwealth troops minus the file which rides in the two empty loops in the flap. These tools are in excellent condition with some signs of use, still very sharp with two handles, tool and saw with original leather pouch made for this kit. The pouch is in near excellent condition with tight stitching and slight verdigris on the hardware. The chain is Broad Arrow marked and clearly stamped with the markers mark and 1944.
