Description:
2-1/4 inch round barrel. Good bore with some light pitting. Barrel finish has worn to a grey/brown with good traces of blue in protected areas. Frame shows good traces of case color. Mechanics are very good. Rosewood grips are in good condition as well with just some handling mars and dings. 5 shot First Model with short cylinder flutes. Comes complete with a Colt Industries letter stating the date of shipment of April 10, 1874.
