Description:
Weatherby Mark V Varmintmaster bolt action rifle chambered in .224 Weatherby magnum with a gloss blued finish and 24" barrel. The left side of the barrel shank is marked "Weatherby / .224 MAGNUM". The right side of the chamber ring is marked with the serial number "S4838". The left side of the receiver is marked "MARK V / VARMINTMASTER", "Weatherby / PAT. PEND.", and has three pin markings at the rear. The right side of the barrel shank is marked "MADE IN W. GERMANY". The top of the receiver has a pair of bases and rings holding a LISENFELD 3-7X32 scope. The stock is one piece skip-line checkered walnut with a high gloss finish, a raised Monte Carlo comb with a cheekpiece, a capped pistol grip, and a solid brown rubber Weatherby recoil pad. This has a rosewood grip cap with tan spacer and a tan diamond piece at the bottom of the grip. There also is a rosewood nose cap with a tan spacer. There is sling stud in the belly and on the forend. This gun is in beautiful fine overall condition. .224 Weatherby Magnum
