Offered for sale is a 1964 Remington 760 carbine chambered in 35 Remington. This is the rarest caliber in a carbine with 456 being produced from 1964-1967. They made a total of 62,726 carbines in 5 calibers. This one has a code date of LL which translates to February of 1964, which would mean it was one of the earliest ones made. Stamped "760 carbine" on the barrel. Condition is honest, it has been hunted with. A women engraved her name and drivers license number into the receiver. Bluing is okay with wear on the barrel, bore is mirror, and the rifle functions perfectly. Magazine is the correct 35 rem magazine. It may be an honest gun but these rarely come up for sale, I've seen maybe 5-8 of them in 10 years of collecting 760 gamemasters.
