THE BLUING IS DEEP HIGH GLOSS.THERE ARE NO SCRATCHES, DINGS,OR RUST SPOTS, IT IS NEW IN THE BOX.. I DONT KNOW WHAT SHIPPING WILL COST SO I WILL CHARGE $75.00 AND IF IT IS LESS I WILL REFUND THE DIFFERENCE.
