Serial #S5550885, 12 Gauge (2 3/4" & 3" chambers), 30 inch ribbed barrels with bright, excellent bores choked full and improved modified. This is the Ithaca Model 500 Magnum over/under shotgun manufactured for them by SKB in Japan from 1966-1979. The beautiful ejector, single trigger shotgun features extensive game scene engraving with 100% coverage of the receiver showing different scenes on each side with Pheasant, Duck and Grouse all in flight. In excellent plus condition the metal surfaces retain virtually all, 99% plus original blue finish with only very minor freckling under the lever on the top tang. The checkered walnut stock and forearm are likewise excellent and have a beautiful grain pattern with the original rubber Ithaca-SKB marked butt pad. An excellent example of these very well built and beautiful imported Ithaca shotguns. FFL
