Description:
Marlin Model 1895CB Cowboy chambered in 45-70 Govt with a 26" octagonal barrel. This examole is very good condition with some minor handling marks in the stock. The front sight is a tall brass beaded blade with a serrated rear face that is dovetailed to the top of the receiver. The rear sight is an elevator sight with a reversible V-notched that is dovetailed to the barrel. The top of the receiver is drilled and tapped in four places for mounting a scope with a base already installed. The stocks are two-piece smooth walnut with a capped forearm, straight grip, straight comb, checkered black rubber Decelerator buttplate, and Marlin "bullseye" in the belly. .45-70 Government
