Winchester Model 1873 Saddle Ring Carbine 38 WCF cal Bore VG with some fine pitting. Mech Exc tight action very little wear. Has original wood with good fit to metal VG plus. Has an original 20” rd barrel with original sights rear sight is 1873 dated. Has an excellent address marking and the cal marking is VG. 38wcf. The receiver has an original dust cover and Model 1873 marking on the top tang. The brass carrier has a VG 38 cal marking and the lower tang has the serial# 362388 Mfg’d 1890. Metal overall has no pitting with 90% old hot blue refinish. Excellent job as metal on frame has sharp edges. Has original buttplate with compartment. Nice carbine.
