Winchester Model 1886 Lever Action Rifle 40-65 caliber, Bore VG plus near exc, Mech Exc, works well, Wood is original VG. Has an original 26” Rd barrel with Original rear sight and a period insert with ivory bead, and excellent Winchester Address and caliber markings. The receiver has the Model 1886 marking on the top tang and the Patent dates plus serial#85199 Mfg’d 1894 on the lower tang The metal has an aged grey patina finish . Has an original cresent buttplate.
