Wards Westernfield Model 41 - Bolt Action .22 Rifle - Takedown - Smooth walnut pistol grip style stock, forend, sling swivels and metal butt plate. 24 In. long barrel with No. 4 receiver peep sight and hooded ramped front blade sight. Includes a Westernfield Model 10 scope and bracket in very good condiotion with clear lens and rubber eye piece. ( Same as Mossberg Model 6 scope. ) Tubular magazine will accept 22 Short, 18 Long and 15 LR ammo. Bore is clean and bright. Barrel and receiver are retaining approx. 90% bluing . All original parts. Stock and forend are in excellent condition with minimal handling marks. Includes a new soft sleeve. Overall condition is exceptional for it's age. Manufactured for Wards by Mossberg. Same as Mossberg Model 45. Manufactured from 1935 to 1939. Collector quality.
