Description:
Savage model 99 lever action rifle, chambered in .300 SAV. This rifle was made in 1949 making it 75 years old. It has an internal, steel, rotary magazine and it is equipped with factory iron sights.
Mounted on the rifle is a correct vintage Weaver V7-II W micro-trac 2.5-7x36 variable scope. This is one of the first scopes that had a "wide field" objective lens. Duplex reticle.
The condition of the rifle is 95-97% metal and wood finishes. The stock has a 13 1/4" LOP over an added 1" recoil pad.
Mechanically excellent and excellent bore.
