Description:
Serial #873102, .38 Special, 4" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a 1960-made revolver that retains 85-90% of the original blue that has silvered at the muzzle, along some of the high edges, and faded along the gripstraps and frame knuckle. Some further mild surface freckling is present on the sides of the hammer spur. The checkered Coltwood grips are in very good shape and have some mild flattening of the points on either side, with a few very small chips along the edge of the butt. The action locks up tightly, and functions flawlessly in both single and double-action. This is a splendid revolver and is in fine condition overall. FFL or C&R
