Description:
An excellent original WW2 Boyt 1943 dated scabbard. This scabbard looks to be unissued. It had leather treatment put on it long ago and shows some verdigris around the brass fittings. It has an indent in the center (see photos). This is the staple fastened type as per page 126 of Cole's Best. Used by the USN and the US Marines.
