Description:
This is a non-factory conversion of a Manhattan Navy revolver. I believe it to be a .38 of some sort. SN 13857. The Manhattan Navy's were essentially copies of the Colt 1851 Navy revolvers - they are very similar. The barrel retains its factoyr length, as well as decent rifling. The action functions as it should. The grips are in excellent condition. The cylinder retains a good amount of the original cylidner scene. I have not fired it, so if you intend to do so, I can only recommend that you have it looked at by a gunsmith.
