Description:
REDUCED This is a real neat Chunk Gun or benchrest rifle that was either built or owned by a gentleman named John Lapinsky of Princeton, PA. Has a 1982 date with his name. It has a trigger plate stamped. J. FEHR(?) NAZARETH. Gun weighs 13.5 lbs. The massive .40 barrel measures 36.75"×1.1". Has a good plus bore. Some darkness in the grooves. Twist looks to be about 1:70. The breech plug comes out easily for cleaning. Bobby Hoyt uses plumber tape on his breech plugs for this purpose. Nicely figured Tiger Maple fullstock. LOP is 13.25". Rifle has a lot of life left in it. $500 + Shipping. Many more photos on request.
