Listed for sale is this 1903 Springfield walnut stock to include full length stright pistol grip lower stock with upper handguard ,fore end metal with stacking swivel and bayonet lug and rear sling swivel. This stock has the stronger 2 rivet configuration. There are no splits or cracks noted. The wood has the original oil finish showing some dings and dents but no serious gouges. The butt shows some nice figure The left rear of the butt shows the RIA stamp with the initials EP or EB in a square. The right side of the butt is stamped with faint numbers 3477 and faint letters. There is a faint P in a circle on the grip. Overall the stock is in very good condition for it's age and will make a fine original replacement to your 1903 Springfield rifle.
