The overall condition of this 1911 is good with signs of wear on the barrel and grips. This is a full-size firearm made of steel. It is not a a light-weight 1911. The overall weight does add to the accuracy and lessened recoil. Even though some lighter .45ACP pistols can be quite heavy in a polymer frame firearm, the recoil of this timeless masterpiece is pleasantly smooth.
