Beautiful and rare New Haven-made Winchester Model 70 Classic Sporter chambered in the hard-hitting 338 Win Mag. This rifle is in mint-like new condition. It features a 26" barrel with the famous Pre-64 style controlled feed action with a Mauser-style extractor, which is well-known worldwide for its reliability and strength. The factory gloss blue finish is immaculate. The satin American Walnut furniture is flawless, and the bore is mirror-bright with like-new razor-sharp rifling. The buttstock was factory-fit with a Winchester-branded red recoil pad. The LOP is 13.75". These Classic Sporters are hard to find, especially in 338 Win Mag.
