Description:
This is a factory loaded 12 Gauge Robin Hood shotgun shell manufactured in the late 1890's in Swanton, Vermont. The shot lived company was known for its colorful and detailed packaging graphics. This example has the early "ROBIN HOOD No 12" head stamp and the "ROBIN HOOD" marked shot wad. In near excellent condition the red paper hull shot shell has slight bulging and a hint of soiling.
