ABOUT NEW AND UNFIRED MODEL 1917 U.S. ARMY .45 ACP NEW SERVICE REVOLVER, #256XXX. This one is about as good as they come with barely a cylinder line and aside from three small dings on the bottom of the right grip (can't be seen from the side view) there are no real blemishes or wear to this one. All the "brush" markings are clear and perfect including the back strap etc. Sharp markings including the "U. S. ARMY MODEL 1917 No. 105783" stamping. lanyard swivel intact, perfect inside, about all the blue on the cylinder face etc. A truly great World War I Colt that would be impossible to improve upon.
