ITEM DETAILED DESCRIPTION: Up for sale is one of the nicest target .22 revolvers ever made. The K-22 Masterpiece is just that. This beautiful Smith revolver features a 6” pinned barrel with full top rib and a blade front sight with adjustable leaf rear sight. This revolver is double and single action with a checkered hammer spur and a grooved trigger. The cylinder on this gun holds six rounds of .22 long rifle ammo and is counterbored to allow the rounds to lay flush giving the gun a clean look at all times. The finish is blued on this gun and the grips are checkered Altamonts with decorative scrolling giving this gun an elegant, yet formal look. Based on the serial number this Smith & Wesson was made in 1971 and for its age it is in good shape. The bore is clean on this gun and the overall condition is good with only some minor wear to the blued finish.
