Description:
For your consideration, the High Standard model H-D semi-auto pistol chambered in .22 LR. The H-D was a military model, and around 30,000 or so were purchased by the War Department from 1943 to 1945. These ranged from 103000 to 149000 in serial numbers, this one being 110889. It is marked "Property of U.S." on the right side of the frame, below is the Ordnance stamp which isn't completely visible. It is marked "Property of U.S.A." on the barrel as well. .22 Long Rifle
