32297-SUPERIOR WINCHESTER MODEL 1873 EXTRA LONG OCTAGON 28” .38-40 CAL. LEVER ACTION RIFLE. All original and matching serial numbered in the 200xxx range manufactured in 1886. Original factory nickel blade front sight and Winchester tang sight. Beautiful 80-90% original blue with the balance an evenly mixed dark patina. Hammer with most of the color case hardening. Wood excellent with the original finish with light use. Excellent screws and perfect markings. Working order and excellent plus bore. Extra nice 28” Winchester 1873 and reasonably priced. $4800.
