Description:
This is super rare Mauser C96 "Broomhandle" pistol, procured by the Imperial German Army during WWI, chambered in 7.63 Mauser, with a rare Machine Gun Unit Marking on the front of the mag well. While many lugers were unit marked during WWI, only very few Mauser C96 pistols were so marked. This particular gun was assigned to. Landwehr division Machine Gun Company. It is in excellent original condition with about 90% of its original blueing remaining with usual wear present from being carried inside the shoulder stock. It is all matching with mint bore and nice grips without defects. The gun is complete with a matching shoulder stock with no cracks. An original maker marked and dated WWI leather harness can be made available for purchase separately.
