Description:
Model G98/40 Rifle produced in 1943 from the jhv arsenals in Hungary under German wartime control. Mannlicher "cock-on-close" bolt, matching numbers with the exception of the bolt. Stock shows extensive handling yet, appears to be free from cracks, mottled gray metal finish with clear numbering, Eagle and WaffenAmpt 173 proof marks . 8mm Mauser
