Description:
Winchester Model 9422 "25th Anniversary" in .22 short, long and long rifle. Manufactured in1997 with serial "FTF0805". This is a tribute rifle for the 25th anniversary in 1997 for the 9422 series. The left side of the receiver is engraved "One of Twenty-Five Hundred" with "9422" and a man instructing his son with the rifle. On the right side of the receiver is "1972" with the Winchester rider and "Twenty-Fifth Anniversary" with scroll work.The front sight is a hooded beaded blade in a ramped mount fixed to the barrel. The rear sight is a U-notch with a white triangular elevator sight dovetailed to the top rear of the barrel. The stocks are two-piece checkered walnut featuring a barrel band, a straight grip, a straight comb and a checkered black buttplate. Comes with the original factory box with paperwork and owners manual. Appears in unused condition. .22 Short/Long/Long Rifle
