Description:
Manufactured from 1948 to 1961, the Remington 721 and 722 were considered to be one of the first modern, economically produced sporting rifles in the American market. Known for their accuracy and strength, their design heavily contributed to the wildly successful Remington 700 series of rifles. This used example is in good overall condition, with only faint surface corrosion on the receiver and barrel, but a very clean bore. The stock shows moderate handling marks with a few scratches, and the bottom metal shows a moderate amount of wear and corrosion.
