This is a gorgeous example of a Colt Single Action Army Cavalry Model from 1885. Chambered in .45 Colt with a 7.5 inch barrel. It is all matching with military proofs throughout, cartouches on the grips, and a "US" marking on the frame. It has been completely professionally restored and refinished by Master Colt gun restorer, Dave Lanara. The inside of the frame under the loading gate has Dave's signature "L" marking. The gun is in stunning condition with beautiful bluing and no signs of wear or use. Mint wood grips. Excellent case-hardening on the frame. Minty bore. Fully functional with a smooth action.
