Description:
Sako Custom Model L579 Forester in 7MM-08 Remington. This is a right-hand bolt-action rifle with a 24-inch barrel. It has an integral scope mount base, Sako rings, and a Leupold VX-3 4.5-14X scope. The stock is a smooth fancy walnut pistol grip with a raised cheekpiece. The 7mm-08 Remington is a rifle cartridge based on the .308 Winchester case necked down to accept 7 mm bullets with a small increase in case length. A wide range of bullet weights are available which allows the 7mm-08 to be suitable for varminting and game-hunting plains game. 7mm-08 Remington
