ELGIN NAT'L WATCH CO., Elgin, Illinois, beautiful 14 karat gold over fine hard metal, 40MM diameter, stem wind and set, no key required, made around 1880 and in pristine condition with magnificent engraving. Five years ago this watch ran perfectly but I have recently wound it and can't get it to run. The serial numbers match: case #3503704; watch #6747112.
