Description:
The Model 88 was Winchester's stab it creating a centerfire lever action which could handle pointed bullets. It was well-done and quite popular with shooters. The serial number dates this gun to 1964. It features a better quality walnut stock with some figure. The stock is checkered with basket weave and oak leaf, It doesn't appear to have been fired much, if at all. .308 Winchester
