SOLD This Colt 1911 was produced in 1919. The pistol's serial number is 625257. It has the correct barrel with the entwined HP on the barrel hood top. The bore is in fair condition. This Colt has the heart shaped openings in the grip frame. This heart shaped feature was seen on about 65% of the late frames produced. This pistol has the rough late war time finish. The grips appear to be the original wood checkered grips for this pistol. These grips are in very nice condition. This Colt has the correct war time two tone magazine. This is a nice condition post World War 1 1911 Colt for the collector and shooter.
