Description:
Serial #75129, .25 ACP (6.35mm), 2 ¾ inch barrel with a fine dark frosted bore with very good rifling. This is the vest pocket automatic pistol manufactured by Ortgies from 1921-28. The grip safety, semi-automatic pistol is marked "Germany" on the underside of the frame and has the Crown "N" proof. In very fine overall condition it retains perhaps 65-70% finish with light pitting and small spots of roughness on the top of slide and on the grip safety. The smooth walnut Ortgies medallion grips are solid with some old contusions and scratches. It comes with one original Ortgies marked magazine. FFL or C&R.
