Description:
24 inch Half octagon barrel chambered in 44 WCF caliber with full length magazine tube. Excellent bright shiny bore. Sights include a blade front and sporting rear. Barrel and magazine tube retain a good amount of the original blue turning a little plum. Excellent markings. Gun was ordered with a case colored receiver and retains most of those bright vivid case colors. Good colors on the hammer and lever as well. Crisp tight action. Walnut stocks show a little extra figure and retain most all original varnish with a special order shotgun style buttplate. Just a beautiful original gun. Comes with a factory Research form. Made in 1884.
