Offered for sale this week is an impossible to upgrade example of the Winchester Model 12 Trench US Contract shotgun from WW2. Original finish rates excellent. The bore is mint. The numbers match. The barrel is dated "44". The wood is near perfect and the cartouche is well struck. These late parkerzied guns had an oil finish stock. The factory parkerized guns are far more scarce than the blued examples. Finding one of these outside one of the big houses is very difficult.
Mint condtion US Property guns are one of the hottest collectibles out there.
