Description:
Sako L61R Finnbear Magnum chambered in .338 Winchester Magnum. This beautiful bolt action rifle has a highly polished deep black finish with a fully grained oil-finished walnut stock with traditional checkering pattern and red recoil pad. It has a fixed magazine with a hinged, polished floorplate. The bolt has three locking lugs: two in front and one on the rear end of the bolt. The .338 Winchester Magnum is a belted, rimless, bottlenecked cartridge introduced in 1958. It is based on .375 H&H Magnum. The cartridge was ideal for larger North American big-game species as well as for the hunting of thin-skinned African plains-game species. .338 Winchester Magnum
