Rare 1906 Winchester in .22 Short only caliber. Single caliber markings on 1906 Winchesters are extremely rare to find. Manufactured in 1908. 20” barrel with good markings. I will rate the bore a 6 on a scale from 1 to 10. Barrel and magazine tube retain a brown / gray patina with some original blue mixing in. Receiver retains 30-40% original blue with remainder a gray / brown patina. Both forend and buttstock are in good condition showing handling marks, scrapes, and scratches. Matching serial numbers on frame and lower tang. Correct sights. Here is an opportunity to own a rarely seen .22 Short 1906 Winchester. Please feel free to ask questions. Must ship to a FFL or Curio and Relics license holder. This firearm as with any other should be checked first by a gunsmith before any attempt is made to fire / operate it. I will consider trades.
