Description:
For sale for the Collector or Hunter, a very fine 1909 William Powell and Sons 12 guage
side by side ejector shotgun in excellent condition.   28" Barrels, 2 1/2 inch chambers with perfect 
mirror bores.  Nitro Proofed barrels are choked CYL and CYL IMP.  Double triggers with  crisp
pull.  Rose and Scroll engraving on receiver with William Powell Birmingham address inscribed
on the rib.  Checkering in very nice condition, still crisp having been possibly refreshed at some
time.  Stock and forearm furniture with nice original finish remains in very nice condition.  There
are no buggered screws.  Serial number 12196 on tang and forearm.  Photos reflect the 
quality and condition.  LOP 14 1/4.  DAH 2 3/4  DAC 1 3/4.  Weight approximately 6 lbs.  This
is an English Double with much life left to it.
