Custom Engraved and embellished Winchester Model 42 , 410 pump shotgun with 26" Vent rib Bbl. Receiver is fully engraved with elaborate Hunting Game scenes with broad scrolls and foliate surround the vignettes of Bird dogs on point at flushing Quail in a woodlands scene, The right side has a detail vignette of a pointing setter in pursuit of grounded Quail;. . Trigger guard , chamber and receiver bridge are all engraved in the matching scrolls. The action has been mounted in very attractive Skeet pattern deluxe varnished , checkered walnut stocks with Winchester red recoil pad. 14" LOP. Condition, Extremely fine with little evidence of actual use. Originally produced in 1951 but the custom embellishment was done later and is unknown who the artisan was, Mechanically excellent
