"Serial No. ON4476, made circa early 1950’s, 7.62x39, 20.5 round barrel. Bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling noted. Serial numbers are matching except for the dust cover. Scattered areas of the barrel and receiver are thinning to a grey patina. Stock has nicks, dings and scratches noted. The left side has a surface crack visible, faint Tula Arsenal cartouche is noted. Action is smooth and functions correctly. The import mark on the gas tube states “M56 7.62x39 CHINA"
