Description:
The Rare Winchester Model 54 was manufactured in 1926. Its four-digit serial number, 7076, places this rifle in its second year of production. Overall, the rifle is in great shape for its age. The stock has been refinished at some point. It sports a steel butt plate and factory studs. It has a factory length of 31.25" The LOP is 13.5" Metal has some blue wear from use and age. There is a rough spot on the barrel near the left side of the forearm. Should be able to buff it out. Has a Lyman WJS rear peep. The Model 54 is the predecessor to the Rifleman Rifle, Model 70. Nice shooter. Shipping is $75.00 to lower 48.
