"Serial No. 743284, circa 1943, .30 carbine, 18" round barrel marked “INLAND MFG DIV./ GENERAL MOTORS/5-43". Bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling visible. Carbine has been upgraded with Type C barrel band with bayonet lug marked “SA". Type C stamped rear sight is marked with “H" inside Shield. Inland trigger group has a red phosphate finish with flip safety with magazine release marked “M". Low wood pot belly M2 stock is in very good condition with light handling marks noted. Action is smooth and functions correctly. Carbine comes with 1943 dated “D.M. Shoe Co. stock pouch, oiler and sling.
