Like NEW Pre 64 Winchester Model 70 Super Grade in the scarce and highly coveted 22 Hornet caliber!
S/N 245642 with matching scribed bolt made in 1953.
99-100% original Blue and Wood finish. This incredible rifle looks and feels new in all regards with no signs of use or age, other than some slight yellowing of lacquer on its bakelite forend tip. (not uncommon).
24" barrel with mint bore. Flawless mechanics.
All correct and original SG components are present including deluxe stock, stamped floorplate, proper Redfield front sight, and robust detachable swivels.
I have personally confirmed that this chamber remains a true 22 Hornet and has never been reamed to a K Hornet nor any other value killing caliber.
A fantastic example that would be virtually impossible to upgrade.
