This is an ORIGINAL Winchester Model 1892 Lever Action rifle in 32-40 WCF. This specific item was manufactured between 1894 and 1898 according to the Winchester documentation. You can imagine this rifle in the hands of settlers, cowboys or even Indians in the old west. Although this example is list as fair condition it is a true collectors dream at this price. The only defect is that the barrel band is missing. However, an ingenious owner has used a piece of leather to bind the magazine tube to the barrel. This is an opportunity to get an original item in unmolested condition for your collection.
