C. Sharps of Big Timber, Montana is one of the premier builders of reproduction Sharps rifles. This reproduction Sharps 1874 Bridgeport Sporting Rifle, chambered in .50 3 1/4 (.50-140 black powder), is setup for long rang shooting and is in excellent condition. This rifle is a copy of the earlier Bridgeport production rifles. It includes features like the pewter fore end cap and shotgun butt stock. The butt plate, action, lever, frame and hammer are nicely color-case hardened. This rifle has a front globe sight with level and long-range tang sight with windage adjustment added.
