Serial #94CL0766, .44-40, 24" tapered octagon barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a 1994 edition released to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Marlin Model 1894 and features a virtually pristine Giovanelli engraved, color case-hardened receiver and lever. The barrel and magazine tube likewise retain practically all of their original blue. The checkered walnut forend and straight-wrist buttstock have no noticeable handling marks or blemishes, and there is some attractive feathered grain present as well. The rifle is housed in the original box with papers and printed cardboard over sleeve. This is a splendid commemorative Marlin in LNIB condition. FFL;
