Description:
On consignment we have a Belgian Browning BAR Grade IV semi-auto rifle in .243 Winchester. This rifle features a finely checkered walnut stock with borders and scrollwork, and Browning buttplate. Receiver is nickel/greyed finish with hand engraved game scenes by W. Janssens, hinged floorplate with detachable box magazine, and 22” barrel with open sights. Rifle is in excellent condition and comes with a Redfield one-piece scope mount. There is a small spot of discoloration in the finish at the rear of the receiver, and another just left of the scope mount (see photos). LOP is 13-3/4”.
